PC [HELP] game lags every few seconds

Hello, Stardew Valley is probably my most favourite game. I played it on my old PC and it worked just fine. But when I started playing on my new PC, there are some annoying lags every few seconds (when the time on clock changes). I was looking for answers on the internet, but none of them worked. Please help me!

That seems odd. Im guessing your new computer is superior to the old one?

Any mods? Both where windows OS?

Yeah my new computer is better than the old one and way better than the system requirements. Both are windows OS.
Im not using any mods.

try switching to integrated graphics maybe that might resolve it!
