Windows [HELP] Game crashes immediately after clicking Play

Exactly as the title says, I click Play on the game in my Steam library, I see the window stating it's launching, and then the button changes from Stop (as if the game had launched) back to Play.
I have installed the XNA Framework in the Steamworks folder, and Windows is up-to-date. The game worked fine on my previous computer without issue.

I've had the same issue with my daughters but mine is fine but everything on hers is the same as mine, local files everything is exactly the same but hers will not start i have looked through everything possible repaired everything possible and nothing is solving it. I'll be right here waiting with you for some sort of hope :/
