PC [HELP] Game crash and character savefile is gone

I was playing Co-op with my friend on our world and we were just heading to bed. But then my game crashed (I'm the host) and closed instantly and my friends just froze. I then start Stardew valley up again to find my savefile is gone. I look into the savefiles in the explorer and find that the world save is still there but my character is gone. I have no idea how to get my character back or what to do in general or if its lost forever which would be a bummer.

I said that the character map savefile is still there but not my character that i used to play on the world.
