Howdy- this has happened twice. Only considered it a bug after googling the issue and seeing this reddit post from 9 months ago:

I've had about 10-15 kegs disappear twice now. I tried restarting the game and the switch itself with nothing coming of either exercise. The switch did recently have an update but I do not recall Stardew being updated (it's a download, not a cartridge).
