After 10 minutes (IRL minutes) of trying to beat darts (I did beat all 3 rounds), I finally beat it, and on my way out of the cave the game froze, all animations stopped, and the game wasn't responding, I waited 3 minutes before giving up, the music was still going though.
Edit: I just remembered that I was fishing for stingrays and was kicked out of the cove at 8, then immediately went back in, talked to palm pirate, then to brawling pirates (right to left) then started doing darts.
