PlayStation [HELP] Can't use my disc save for the digital version

I played the disc version of Stardew Valley until today when the digital version came out and i decided to buy it. The problem is that i can't use my 200 hour save from the disc version. I uploaded it on the ps+ cloud storage but it doesn't show when i want to download the save on the digital version. pls help

We have the same issue.

I don't have access to the disk version anymore so I bought the digital Version. Now I can't load the farm that my finance an I have made over several weeks.
I even tried making a new one. Then I put the new and the old saves to an external USB an swap the data on my PC... Sadly this doesn't help.
