The IOS needs to receive the app and your data. Could you screen share your IOS when your IOS is trying to obtain yout app?
L'IOS deve ricevere l'app e i tuoi dati. Potresti condividere lo schermo del tuo IOS quando il tuo IOS sta cercando di ottenere la tua app?
