PC [HELP] Ancient Seed Uncrafted/Bone Flute Missing from Collections

Title explanatory. I already donated the ancient seed and bone flute to the Museum, but the Ancient Seed is listed as an item that still needs to be crafted for the Craft Master achievement, and the Bone Flute does not show up on my Collection page (marked in my save filed as donated, but "not found"). I already have a greenhouse filled with ancient fruit, and will need to go fishing again for another Bone Flute probably.

Singleplayer, English, Game Version 1.5.4. This save file was created back in 2016 if that helps.

Any tips?

Is the ancient seed you donated the only one you ever found? You need a second one to craft ancient seeds, Gunther gives you the package and recipe.

For the bone flute, sometimes items you find in fishing don't seem to register. I would try to get it via artifact trove.

You can put a plantable ancient seed into a deconstructor to get the artifact to then craft back into seeds.
