Windows [HELP!!]All item donate to museum, one does not count (Rare disc), no achievement too (TwT) .....

Hi, I have all the items donated to museum but the rare disc is not counted....

This is a perfect save that I have played for years and thousands of hours [No mode at all]. I definitely don't want to restart a new game...And this save is close to perfection, so I really want this achievement...
Anyone could give suggestions TwT.....

I have a feeling that you are missing two. Could you rearrange the items to match up with the picture below? Then I can double check that you have donated all the items.
This image has seven empty spots, and it looks to me like you have nine.

I agree with @Hill Myna, you have 9 empty spaces.

The collection tab is only a list of items found. You probably caught the rare disk in a treasure chest, as there is a known bug that items sometimes aren't counted. This does not affect the museum achievement.

If you're playing on PC, you can use the Stardew valley check up and it will tell you which items you are missing in the museum. Otherwise, I suggest always arranging it like the picture @Hill Myna linked, because it makes it easy to check what you missed.
