Xbox [HELP] 2 heart event not triggering

Hi everyone I’m a very new player and I’m trying to unlock tea leaves but I seemed to have missed Caroline’s 2 heart event the area is unlocked but I didn’t get the cut secene not the recipe but the room is open for me any ideas on what to do? Also I think it was the day before the first flower dance I got 2 hearts I’m not sure, thanks

And your crafting menu were the tea sapling should be?
