Happy Home Designer and Catalogues - An error occurred in the base update loop: ArgumentException

Hi! I have been encountering this error suddenly and I cannot figure out what I did wrong. I had spawned the architect catalogue from Happy Home Designer using CJB which worked fine for a few days but had suddenly stopped, showing the error in the SMAPI log below. I cannot figure out what I did differently that day to have this error persist.
