Due to time constraints, you may wish to make sure that your ancient fruit plots mature on different days, and you get your Rod of Return before saturating the Ginger Island Farm to any meaningful degree so you can get your harvest into the kegs before the end of the day. But sure... that's not even that difficult to set up. Only question is how many kegs you have. Heck, at that point, Big Sheds become more profitable on your main farm than ancient fruit does, just so you can process more island-grown fruit.
