Switch Greenhouse not upgraded

Doing my second play through, at the start of winter year 1 I completed the greenhouse and mine carts on the same day. The next morning I got the mine carts, but 3 days on I’ve not had the greenhouse repaired. There is no option at the community centre to add anything further for this bundle and it’s showing as repaired, is this a glitch or am I missing something?

When you complete several rooms at once, you’ll only get one cut scene, but the rewards should be unlocked nevertheless. Is your greenhouse still a ruin? Have you tried entering?
