I think it looks like a baby picture. It would be really neat if it was you, the baby farmer grandchild.
I also think it looks like Pinky Lemon.
That's also a possibility, it is pretty hard to properly make out, though I've personally always seen an older woman (I mean he did have a kid/s so maybe even his partner who's dead or no longer with him)

I've always thought that picture looked mostly like

a duck.

Maybe grandma liked going out to the boardwalk and asking the street painters to create different versions of her, and grandpa's all-time favorite was the one where she was drawn as a duck. Grandma kept the ones where she looked like a:

Sturgeon
Aardvark
Ranch Dressing
Inanimate Carbon Rod
Existential Crisis
Turnip

A duck...?
I try to see something else but I can't, every time I see this part of the game or screen capture. I try to make it change in my head but it won't. I have stupid audio and video paredolia and see (and hear) things that are not intended to be there but once I see (or hear) them, they get stuck. I saw a duck, I cannot unsee a duck. dukk is stukk in brain.

At least it's not so bad for pictures, it doesn't happen super often though my first impression of many pictures has absolutely nothing to do with what's actually in the pic. Honestly, it's kinda fun getting that entirely wrong first impression and then figuring out what the picture really is. Brains are weird, especially when they work... ah, maaayybe a little differently than intended.

But don't get me started on audio paredolia, I have hearing loss and coupled with that, the stuff I hear is difficult to manage and I spend a lot of time actively processing the sounds around me into something that makes sense and also fits with context. There's a reason I write the way I do because I see and hear things pretty often in a way that doesn't reflect reality.

But the trip back to reality is almost always an entertaining one!

Definitely could be a duck, but why is the duck wearing a red shirt?

it could also be a toddler with chubby cheeks. By the hair colour, it could also be an old woman, but I don’t think she looks a lot like Evelyn. Except if you follow the trope that one old lady looks like the other, and no one can tell them apart.

Always has looked like a duck to me too. Can't figure out any other way to interpret that beak. But I've always assumed that it's just a bad picture of Grandpa's wife.

I see an old lady. Aside from the bun and the red dress, I don't see Evelyn at all. Also remember that Evelyn wears brown during Winter. I'm only wondering what this old lady is chewing to have such oversized cheeks??
