Issue Grampas Farm Not Showing Up

Hello all, I have an issue where Grampa's farm not showing up in the available Farms.

I am pretty new to SMAPI and Stardew mods, i would appreciate help

Can you provide an error log? You can generate one at https://smapi.io/log, there are instructions on that page. Having a log will make it easier to resolve your issue!
