Golden Walnuts

Currently at 125/130 for walnuts and it's the LAST thing I need for perfection besides crafting. I've found everything except fishing and mining, and it's driving me crazy!! Does daily luck have any impact on finding them, or is it just straight RNG?

You could just go to the Joja parrot and pay the 50,000 for them

I don't think luck has anything to do with it. Some are found randomly but in predictable areas, the rest are in very definite locations. If you've gotten all of the walnuts out of the dungeon, fishing, farming, etc., there are a few that the parrot doesn't have hints for. If you are willing, you can look up where the missing ones are using the Wiki, or if you're on PC,

It depends on the nut and there are multiple ways to solve the issue

1. The parrot in Leo's hut will tell the location of all but 7 of the nuts
2. Online tools such as stardew checkup will tell you the location of missing nuts if you are on PC or Mobile and can plug your savefile into one (you can also read the save file straight but that's far slower honestly)
3. You may have found them and the game has miscounted, running the command /recountnuts will make the game recount the nuts (who woulda' guessed) you've found and realign it with the tracked number if the latter is wrong
4. You can just outright buy the nuts from joja for 10k each

but if you dont want to do that then the parrot in leo's hut will tell you where they are
or just buy them from joja

Take a video with your phone and play it back, on slow mo if you need to. Many people including myself struggle with memory recall games like this and IMO using assistance is 100% warranted.
