Switch Golden Coconut not showing in Island Trader

I have already found and cracked open a golden coconut before the 1.6.9 update but after the update, golden coconuts are not appearing in the island trader anymore. I found a new golden coconut and had it cracked open to see if it fixes the issue but still no golden coconut the following day in the Island Trader. Please help

How many walnuts have you found? I think there’s a command you can type called “/recountnuts”
Not sure if that helps though.
