Solved Glitched game, please help!!

I’m towards the end of summer in year one, and I am trying to purchase a barn. When I go to purchase it with all of the wood and stone needed, the only option available is a coop. I have no mods installed, and I have tried verifying integrity of game file, as well as reinstalling. I don’t know what’s wrong.

Did you see the arrows below the coop that lets you scroll through available buildings?

You have to use the two arrows below the coop picture on the sell screen to scroll through the carpentry shop options,

I looked up some other posts similar to mine and that was the issue, didn’t notice the arrows I feel so dumb lol

Well you're not the first one to miss them, so at least other people have the same problem! They are not very obvious.
