iOS Ginger island lag

[Sophistica]

Whenever I’m farming on Ginger Island or I am trying to walk around the area to the left side of the farm river my game lags alottt and my phone starts heating up like crazy(mind u it is a new 16 pro max) can anyone enlighten me how to fix this issue?
