1. Make Zuzu city that players can go there using the bus station.
2. Let children grow more and not stay kids.
3. When the kids grow up on a certain age, they can attend school in the Zuzu city, and the player should afford the education fees.
4. Add some disease that the player would het infected and go to the clinic (like flu, vomiting, diarrhea, etc..), so the clinic would have more importance in the game.
5. Add more talking sentences to the NPCs.
