I have some enby and fluid friends, as well as a save file from before I came out/transitioned, so I’m wondering if ConcernedApe will ever add it, and if so, how he would go about it.

This doesn't address the gender neutral suggestion, but for the other suggestion, you can change your gender by using the shrine of appearance in the Wizard's basement.
