Windows Game skipping stuttering/dropping frames

Hi folks, I hope you're doing well. I have been experiencing frame drops only on PC as of late. It's just skipping a lot and is basically unplayable on my Windows 11 PC. I followed the steps to set priority and alter the affinity as described in the two posts below, but no luck. Anybody know of any other potential solutions? Please and thank you. I wanna play some Stardew before work tomorrow :smile:



I also tried repairing Microsoft XNA, toggling the single Display Adapter in my Device Manager (it's my GPU), and clicking "Optimize" from the NVIDIA control panel; 1050 Ti.

greetings. I also have the same issues of stuttering which just started today surprisingly. Its not frame dropping as much as it is my character stuttering with each step, its...really weird.

updated my drivers. Idk what would really, be causing this so i don't know where to start.
