Windows Game not launching at all

After the latest update1.6.9 and ptach 1.6.10, the game is not opening at all on Steam.
My game is VANILLA.

What did I do until now:
- Tried to verify the integrity of game files
- Uninstalled and installed again
- deleted the startup_preferences file
- checked my ErrorLogs folder, and it's empty.
- tried to run the game via command line like it is described here: https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Player_Guide/Troubleshooting

And nothing happens, the game doesn't run at all.
According to Steam, this is my game info
- App ID 413150
- Build ID 16294068

My system:
- I own the game on Steam
- Windows 11 Home version 10.0.22631 Build 22631
- Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz
- Video card AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, driver installed to the latest version 24.10.01

I'm getting the same issue after installing 1.6.10. Checked integrity, unistalled/reinstalled, deleted startup_prefences and it didn't fix the issue. And I'm on Win 11 Pro, Nvidia graphics card, Intel processor.
