Xbox Game Kicks me out if I’ve filed for divorce!

I’m playing on Xbox with a controller. I have version v1.6.9 build 37. I am on year 9 now so I started before the update occurred. Since the update I have tried to file for divorce. I pay the money and go about the day with no interruption. However, when I go to sleep, the entire game closes and goes to the Home Screen. I’ve been able to replicate it 3 separate times. The third time I woke up, filed for divorce right away and went to sleep right away so that is the triggering event. No error code, just kicks me out of the game entirely

I am also having this same problem on Xbox. Go to sleep to save the game fades to black and kicked to the Xbox Home Screen. Thought I was accomplishing too much in one day so started doing one thing at a time. Finally tracked it down to when I file a divorce. Even in a game I can’t keep the house.
