Switch Game crashes when gift is being received at Feast of the Winter Star

Hiya, I’ve come across a bug on Stardew Switch digital edition (v1.5.4) where after giving a present to my secret person (Elliot) would then cause the game to crash once the screen fades to black and my gift was about to be received. This happened initially when I gifted him some crab cakes but it seems to happen with other gifts too. I can’t seem to do anything to get around it so ig I just gotta skip the festival this year. I’ve attached a video of it.
