Imo fishing is one of the most relaxing parts of the game and it's a great mindless thing to do if you're also watching TV at the same time

I've put The Legend in a fish pond on the latest patch and IMHO it produces roe like once every ~4 days. Usually 1, but I got 2 once. Each roe when aged (artisan, fishing skills) is around 7000:
And going all in on Trout Derby with trout targeted bait from bait maker and multiple dressed spinners stashed from previous fishing chests:
First day (good luck so quite a few treasure chests). 3,5 dressed spinner used:
39 tags that got turned into rewards (4x the 10-item prize list):

Fishing is one of my favorite parts of the game :> i get so excited over season changes because that means new fish to catch!!!
