Fish Pond question (on mobile)

I can't figure out what this button does . . . I know the top one empties the pond, but no idea what the second control is for.

That one changes the appearance of a fish pond.

This button allows you to change or remove the decorations (fish net, basket) around the pond. When the pond is built, the decoration is set randomly. Then each time you click on the button, it will circle through a fixed set of possible decorations.
