Switch Feast of the Winter Star - Secret Santa Crash

I was recently playing stardew and stumbled upon a bug in the feast of the winter star festival that causes my game to crash unexpectedly. I am in the third year of winter and every time I attempt to give my secret santa, Leah, an egg for a gift I am immediately met with the nintendo error screen that says “The software was closed because an error occurred”. No other information or error code is given. If it helps, I never received this error in years one and two of the festival. I have searched the forums and this seems be a consistent issue in the past across multiple platforms with no solution.

I has this problem just now. My secret gift is going to sebby who is also my spouse, i give him sashimi. But when it fades to black my game crashes and switch says an error occured. Im in winter of year 4

(A save from anyone else affected would be useful too, but it's hard to get from a Switch.)
