SAME I can't wait for meadowlands, and all the other features 1.6 bringsI play on a Switch, so I haven't been able to try Meadowlands out yet...

i personally prefer the river farm because i like the islands and the way you can setup each island for its own use, and the water is nice to have around. it’s also easier to clear out in my opinion :3

I tried it in my first save, maybe I just didn't know how to use it effectively, but it did NOT work out for me.

I personally really like the Beach farm. I mean, I know that there's only that small plot of land for sprinklers, but I think that the boxes that spawn on the farm can make up for it. It's a really cute farm and it was also my first!

As much as I love Wilderness Farm, I do not recommend for someone's first playthrough.
"Boring" as it may be, Standard Farm has a lot going for it for a first go. Space for DAYS, and a darn near infinite supply of trees to chop if you just leave half the map as God's Country while you focus on a starter farm and get your first few buildings. Before 1.6, I'd have said Forest for the free forages to aid community center, but the Mushroom Logs really solve that, and let you go Fruit Bats without even a second thought.
