Windows Farming skill does not increase and any skill does not increase at all

I noticed that besides farming, I don't have any skills that can be increased at all, I only have the fishing skill at level 1, which I got in the first days of the game and nothing more, everything is at zero. Maybe I didn't get enough exp, but I've already lived through the whole spring, I should definitely have the first level of at least a few more skills
I've already had spring, I planted cauliflower and potatoes, now at summer I'm harvesting peppers, squash, melon and sunflowers. But I still have zero farming level, although I'm sure that at the very beginning I planted parsnips and harvested them because I completed the quest where you need to plant and harvest them. Right now I have the quest "Advancement". I decided to check if they can be increased at all, I copied the save and turned on the console, in the console I tried to increase at least some skill or give myself exp for any skill, but all in vain, then I deleted the save with the console and now I am playing on the save without the console turned on

You have 15001+ exp in your save file for all skills. This is clearly abnormal. Either the save was manually edited, or some mod is to blame. If you get such a huge amount of exp the "wrong" way, the game may not register the level increase. I took away 15,000 exp from every skill (it seems that this number was manually added). Now, when you reach the required amount of experience for the next level, all missing levels will be obtained.

У тебя в файле сохранения на всех скиллах имеется 15001+ опыта. Это явно ненормально. Либо сохранение было вручную отредактировано, либо виноват некий мод. Если получить такое огромное кол-во опыта "неправильным" способом, игра может не зарегистрировать повышение уровня. Я отнял у всего по 15000 опыта (похоже именно это число было вручную добавлено). Теперь, при достижении следующей планки для повышения уровня, все недостающие уровни должны быть получены.

I don't know what happened to my files, I played without mods for sure and then installed a clean save after trying with the console, it's strange, maybe I did something wrong or the remains of the mods... But thank you very much!
