I would like a place to record objectives and routines so that players can return after weeks away and remember what they were doing. For example, I harvest Ancient Fruit on Mondays and process kegs on Tuesdays. I am in the process of converting regular chickens to golden chickens. I have reached perfection and have setup my farm for my play style. I might not play again until 1.7. In Game notes would be helpful for players to remember important things after time away.

If you play on PC there’s a to-dew list you can add on. I’ve seen it in YouTube play throughs.

yeah, after being away for a while it feels like you start over. i usually just place a sign next to my bed with notes on... lol

Having something built into the game could be nice, since it seems a lot of us are taking notes, but I don't think it's required either. I just take notes outside of the game when I need them, either on physical paper or in a notes app. Using signs is a good idea too!
