Issue Farm map won't load

[mamepanda]

Hi all,

I loaded my save file and everywhere else in the game seems to work. But when I try to go back to my farm the screen goes black.
Here is the SMAPI log: https://smapi.io/log/0f7b7e86aa45489aaa60aa8f8957074e

Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot!
