Farm Designs.

So I've been thinking of redesigning my farm and was wondering if you guys had any design ideas?

I generally try to go with themes because good design is my weakness. At least with a theme I can focus a little more.

Seaside, treehouse, hobbit warren, hidden woods, chicken run, spaceport, Mayan ruin, deserted island, haunted mansion. One theme I haven't explored yet is fully working Farm.
