The beach farm has a lot of space, so place buildings wherever its free/occupied by trees which you can just clear out (tho I do like leaving them some space so I have 'wild' corners of the farm). Try thinking of how often you'll visit certain buildings and place those with higher priority where it'll be easier to access — near the farmhouse or along your usual paths, for exapmle where you go to check on crops.
You could also go to valley showcase section here, (optionally sort by beach farm) and maybe get some ideas there.

Here's how I did it. The top shed has kegs, the bottom one has preserve jars for the roe. I have mystic trees below the farm area, and space for obelisks and the clock at th ebeach to the right of the coop.

I do have a ridiculous amount of fish ponds. I just like them, and the beach farm has a ton of room for them. But it would work just as well to have your barn and coop there, and use the entire flat area for grass.

It really depends on what you have in your sheds, but most of the time, you'll have stuff like chests/furnaces/etc. within them, which are things that you'll want to access multiple times a day. In that sense (and the same logic applies to ponds, which produce daily or near daily), it's smart to keep them relatively accessible, be that near your house, near a farm exit you frequent, next to your second farm obelisk, etc.
