To get down faster, go to the mine if the TV says it's a lucky day, and go down the ladder as soon as you find it. When the goal is to go down, don't bother getting ore nodes and monsters unless you're still looking for the ladder. You can always use the elevator later to go looking for ore and monsters.

Hello I was digging around marines shop and found some Ancient dolls now I have 3 dolls and idk what to do with them I don’t want to throw them away since they seem kinda rare

Go to floor 100 in the mines and toss an ancient doll into the lava. You'll receive the "Far Away Stone." Take that stone and place it on the plant pedestal in the Wizard's basement and you'll receive the "Meowmere sword."
