Android External game saves

I just bought a new phone and I want to switch over my current progress from my old phone to the new one, but I don't see any way to externally save files within the game. Is there a tool or something I can use to save the app data and make it into an .APK file or something?

You should have access to your save files and then you can just manually transfer them.
