Switch Error in Feast of the Winter Star

Hello,

I have been playing Stardew in the switch for quite a long time and never got any errors but out of nowhere every time I give the gift in the Feast of the Winter Star, it says "The software was closed because an error occurred."

I thought it was just a small error and I kept trying and it still closed and said that warning every time I give the gift to my secret gift-giving person. I ignored it and just went to sleep and the next year came and it did the same thing again. Please help me get rid of this error! Thank you!! :)
