I understand now that the energy tonic has been changed so that it no longer restores health. However, at least in the android version of the game it still shows as it recovers health in the tooltip when your purchase it from Harvey. I didn't realize the change until I went into the mines and it didn't recover my health. In my inventory the tooltip correctly only shows the energy replenish. However, I want to take Harvey to small claims court and sue him for falsely advertising that these replenish health too (lol).
In the next patch or update please fix the tooltip when purchasing the elixirs from Harvey that they do not replenish health. I wouldn't have bought 15 if I had known they don't restore HP.
