Don't save UI scale/zoom settings on cloud

The UI scale/zoom settings are dependent on the computer the game is being played on. I have two computers and am always switching these two settings back and forth.

It would be nice if these two settings were saved locally on each machine instead of on the cloud.

Latest version on Steam; Windows + MacOS.

I could definitely see it localized to machine, though it is a pain if you're starting on a new computer and the settings don't port, perhaps an option to port settings or have just the ui settings not port?

Or port the last used settings from the cloud the first time you run it on a new computer, maybe.
