Does anyone know what could cause this bug?

this bug appeared when i renovated my house, i have several mods but i don't know which one could cause this problem, i can't move this bug bed and i don't know what to do, any ideas?

Prior to the latest game update, the beds were part of the map and were not movable. You likely have an outdated farmhouse map, but it's best to start with a SMAPI log for tracking down issues.
