Switch divorce

No matter what I try, the game crashes and starts the morning of the day I filed for divorce. Does anyone know how to get past this and get divorced?

Well, I also have the same problem, it's a common error now for some consoles. I want to marry Eliot but I can't because I can't get a divorce

I’m playing on Xbox and having the same issue! I tried three times before I gave up lol

I have the same issue, when I try to divorce Shane it will kick me out when I try to sleep.
