Issue Did not detect mods required for SVE

As the title says SMAPI says it can't detect 3 files while I can see them clear as day in my mods folder
I can't seem to get SVE to work, I feel like I've double checked everything, at this point I'm considering doing a clean swipe of everything, including the main game (while saving save files) and re-installing everything, any help is very appreciated

WELP now i feel silly, I didn't notice until i looked at the actual log link that my SMAPI was not up to date, wish there was a clearer way of seeing when we need to update it! SORRY the issue is solved
