Yep, I'd recommend exiting and not saving the day if you ever want to use the casino again on that save as outside of file editing and paying exorbitant fees that aren't worth it, there is no way to get yourself out of that debt.

(you can't use the slots or table without casino coins, so can't use bet your way out of it)
