Desert festival - help!

So, I’m trying to get all the new weapons & clothes from this festival. I flew through the last year, just to get here….. I’ve had Emily twice in a row.

Can this please get looked into? I’m so annoyed, I know for some it’s probably not an issue but, at the very least can it be new vendors each time rather than the exact same i had her yesterday… and today.

I’ve done the festival 14 years and I get the same vendor twice most years. Still waiting for 2 vendors to show up. Part of me agrees with you that duplicates are a bummer, but also, it will make the reward of getting everything eventually even more sweet.
