iOS Deluxe Bait disappearing

[Withered]

Device: IPhone
Situation: went to buy deluxe bait from Willy, bought 100+ and it appeared in my inventory.
When I put it on my iridium rod, it went from about 180 to one. When I went to use it this was still the case, the bait depleting after one use.
