Windows Dagger and Furniture causes character to freeze in place.

I was doing the right click with Galaxy Dagger and during the stab animation I right clicked the 'Stardrop' painting in the Junimo Catalogue on my wall. I picked up the painting and the character just froze in that pose. I couldn't move, click on my inventory slot to choose another item nor put down the painting, but I can still open the inventory and the journal. When i waited and passed out, it seems like the remaining dagger animation played before the pass out animation and everything was back to normal the next day.
