Custom Farm Animals Reverting to Normal ones after one day

Hi! I'm running into the issue where any custom farm animals I've added revert to a normal animal after a single day.

Essentially what is happening I go to Marnie's to purchase one of these animals. For example: the Alpaca mod. I receive my Alpacas at my farm no problem. Day goes by and the next day they look like Cows!

However these cows are unique and produce Alpaca goods still and not milk.

The same thing has also happened with the Turkeys mod. When received as babies they look like Turkeys. However after one day they turn into a chicken graphic.

I'm not very familiar with BFAV (and have been holding out for its replacement, hehe). I did see a stray comment in the Nexus comments about using more than one animal pack, but I'm not sure if it's related. You will probably find more people with an idea of what's up in the #using-mods channel on the Stardew Valley Discord server :)
