Windows Crops disappearing from greenhouse

I recently managed to get enough ancient seeds to fill my greenhouse and was waiting for everything to finish growing, but when I checked one day, 5 of my fully grown plants were missing. I replanted them, but the next time I went in the same tiles were empty again. Has this happened to anyone else??
