Android Crashing problem(again)

Hello, i seem to have another crashing problem and for a bit of context, i had full storage and deleted the game for a while seeing as i was busy and wasnt able to play the game as much. So fast forward a bit, the storage issue is somewhat solved so i decided to download the game again. But for some reason, it crashed on me again(it seemed normal at first but right when i finished making my character and as i press the ✓, i wait for around 20-25 seconds(approximately) and then i see black and it crashed). I need help and advice please if that's alright, what do i do and what's going on?

This is a known issue specifically with certain Oppo phones:

The only workaround at the moment is to somehow load a different save in the same session before creating a new farm, either by loading your own older farm or downloading one & placing it in the right folder to load.

Unfortunately this has been a difficult bug to patch, due to it affecting only a handful of Oppo devices.
