iOS Crash when passing out in the mines

everytime i go to the mines and wait to pass out at 2am it freezes at that time and does not allow my character to pass out. the only way i have gotten out is by exiting my game and restarting from where i left off.

1.16.14.11 build : 24341

iOS; joystick; english; single player

couldn’t access any file that said error logs in the on my iphone files

If it helps, I've experienced that on my iPad too (not every time, but occasionally), and for me it does eventually unfreeze and end the day properly, but it can take a really long time, like put the device down and go have a snack time. The mines animations stutter a bit when it starts up again, so I assume it's something overloading and blocking the rest of the processing.
